    Looks good!

I don't think most trailers have much clearance on the fenders anyway, you may be good just the way it is. Load the trailer down with all your friends, or concrete blocks, whichever you have more of, until it bottoms out then check the tire clearance....

Started working on the fenders. This is going to take some thought. First I replaced the outer piece on the driver's side fender. Just not enough clearance. I removed the outer piec on both sides

Then I decided th straighten the downward breaks in the outer edge of the fenders and see what I get out of that. I forgot what a pain itn the ass this type of aluminum is to work with. I netted 2 1/2" of clearance I believe that will be enough even with new tires.

Covers about 2/3 of the tire. I'm going to just put some edge trim on it for now until I figure out just how I want to extend them. I may just leave it and weld a piece of angle to each side of the frame and put some mud flaps behind it. The main goal here would be to prevent water from being slung up into the bottom of the side hatch. I reckon we wil see

Thank you I will look into this. I think I'm going to get some mud flaps done first

So I got the fender edges straightened out. I hit the previously bent sectins with 8ogrt sand paper to remove as many of the tool marks as I could then 220grt to try and blend it in more. Hopefully with a little weather they will blend on in.I bought some cheap edge trim and dressed it up a little also.

I figured I needed some mud flaps to keep the water and mud from splashing up easpecially on the passenger side with the side hatch. I went and got some 1 1/4" angle and some 3'16 plate and made some brackets. I went to Autozone and found some $3 plain black floor mats just the size I wanted to use for the actual flaps. I figured they are cheap and if ripped off easily replaced.

I installed the first one and sent @Wild Crow a picture and he quickly pointed out a shortcoming. there was a gap between the mudflaps and the fender because of the angle of the fender. He was right I had been so focused on just the creation of the mudflaps I hadn't thought about this.

I tried something different on the passenger side and it worked really well so I removed the driver's side and cut the bracket apart and reconfigured it and did the same as the other side. This fills the gap and makes the fender much more finished looking to me.

This looks like it'll work I reckon we will eventually see.

I guess I'll have to post this in both the truck and camper build. I hooked up the camper today to the truck. I know big deal right? Well the truck has had the Deaver leaves added with the b110's and the SOS Concpts bumper. The camper has had a 2 1/2" lift installed and the Tundra wheels with 265/65/17 tires a substantial increase from the 205/75/15's. I had to do quite a bit of figuring through this process and hoped for the best because sometimes you just can't tell how things will work out until you put them on.

Well it worked out just swimmingly! The Deavers held perfect they only dropped about 1/2-3/4" with the camper attached. Oodles of clearance you can see in the pics how sleak it is underneith and 20" from the ground to the bottom of the camper frame. The camper also sits pretty darn level. I wanted it just a bit nose high so when I put gear in the truck it may level out.

The hidden hitch and the lock n Roll worked perfect (thank God I didn't have to get a new one)

he tricky part to me was figuring out the swing outs. When we are able to get out on a trail, if needed, it would be nice to be able to access recoery gear in the back of the truck. Lord knows I don't want to have to unhook if i don't have to. With the camper and truck strait they open fully and so does the tailgate. So to me that is a win

Beautiful day and I am just really relieved it all worked out so far
