Hello! Two days ago my cat. Converters were stolen off my '01 sequoia in my work parking lot while I was working in broad daylight. Unfortunately the security camera didn't catch it from where I was parked. Went though insurance and the dealership replaced and repaired. But now I am scared to have it back at work until I can get something installed to prevent theft again. I did call and spoke to a muffler guy that recommended I buy Cat-lock and he can install for $90 each but unfortunately that product isn't for sale on Amazon anymore. He said he can custom design something for me for about $350/per cat. Is there a cheaper method? Any advice or suggestions is appreciated.

Seeing more of those older V8 cats getting stolen, very expensive to replace. I personally would just get an exhaust shop to weld in pipe and live with the engine codes.

Oh thank you! I looks like I found one, OR-fab for $173 and it is advertised as anti-cat theft. And the shop installs. Just hoping the installation isn't too bad.
