So before anyone jumps on me yes I have searched the hundreds of rust threads but I have found no mention of this system has anyone used it and if so had did it work?

    https://www.catsystemsaustralia.com.au/products/

just moved to the east coast of Canada last year and I know I'm gonna start seeing some major rust, and want to nip it in the butt, yes she is going to get a good cleaning once the weather warms up enough to without the water almost instantly freezing, and yes she gets a yearly rust prohibitor coating, but its a Toyota shes gonna rust I knew this when I bough her, just wondering if anyone has head or had experience with this kind of product.

Ships use anticorrosion systems that involve the use of low voltage (about 0.8 volts) DC and sacrificial anodes made of zinc. The salt water completes the electric circuit.

A system like this in air seems a bit sketchy to me. especially since they talk about bumping the 12 volt DC to an AC voltage. AC would allow the electrons to flow both ways and promote oxidization.

They also add in a disclaimer that say this won't protect bare metal as well as painted metal. Duh? that's what paint is for.

Looks like what they are doing is taking the 12 volts DC and stepping it up to a high voltage and using the body of the truck as a capacitor in an attempt to store a negative charge that will theoretically help inhibit corrosion. The funny this is you probably generate a charge on the vehicle simply from the rubber tires rubbing on a dry road. Have you ever been zapped by static electricity getting in or out of your truck on a cold dry day?

    sounds like crap to me.

Spent a little more time looking into it, and the idea behind it, from what I can understand is it would work, IF the car was constantly submersed in water or dirt(many boats use this both ocean going and freshwater), which it's not. So this is a bust.

Yup, just found it online, did a tad bit of looking found nothing, had dinner and used some google fu and found that its basically snakeoil for cars lol.
