No meds. I have gained weight but that is probably me lacking the gym visits lately and more fast food.

Alright I went to the neurologist yesterday and he said that the Tumors were not causing headaches. He gave me some medicine that is supposed to suppress them. He also gave me a huge list of items that I should cut out of my diet. I also have to go to the eye doctor. Even though I have 20/15 vision. I dunno. At least I know that I dont have to take them out yet. We are going to watch them and see what happens. Thank you all for your continuing prayers!

Personally, I would be thinking "second opinion." Years ago when I was 22, I had several doctors that told me that my problems were probably caused by "X" (long story), after a gazzilion tests, I finally ended up seeing a neurologist who examined me for all of 10 minutes, and said "I don't think it's "X". When I asked him why a 22 year old would be having all of the problems that I had been having, sudden loss of vision caused by 2 different bouts of optic neuritis, numbness, dizziness, the list goes on, he shrugged and said "I don't know." I knew there was nothing that could be done anyway, and even though I was pretty sure that he was wrong, I've just dealt with the symptoms since and never went back to another doctor, but I wonder sometimes if I had seen a different neurologist, would I be in better shape now, at the very least would I have lost less of my vision? I'm just saying that maybe a second opinion wouldn't hurt.

Good to hear the update Zack. Thanks. Prayers will continue for you.

Sounds that Charli may be onto something. Never hesitate to get a second opinion. Always take charge of your health, and remember, the doctors work for you.

Okay some updates. I havent followed the diet like they wanted me to. The neurologists assistant saw me last. He said that headaches like what I have are caused by swelling of the tissue that surrounds the brain and he switched my meds to something a bit stronger and should ultimately wipe them out completely. As for the cysts, they are still there and as far as i know not causing any problems. I went to the eye doctor, she said I have 20/15 vision but need glasses for reading? WTF? But when i tried on the pair she said I would need, i couldnt read anything unless it was literally an inch from my face. I am not spending money on glasses that I cant see out of. Second opinion on my eyes... Is reality not machines that measure dilation. I got new insurance through my new job but the pre-existing conditions page may keep me from being covered with anything from my cysts. Will this end?

I can try I guess. The neurologist didnt "Diagnose" anything. He said that they are nothing to worry about.

UPDATE: I want to thank EVERYONE for their thoughts and prayers through this terrifying time. The neurologist says that he wants to ween me off the medication and that I dont have to see him for another 6 months. At that time I have to get an MRI and we will go from there. Right now all is well and things are looking up. Once again I thank my family here on TW for thoughts prayers and support! God Bless.

Talk about scary. Just remember that your friends and loved ones will be there without question for you.

And as much as it means coming from a complete stranger, good luck.

I have been feeling better so I didnt go with a second opinion. In 6 months we will do another MRI to see if they are growing or not. If they are growing that when we have a problem.
