I'm not finding anything for my truck. The cat shields I'm finding are either for V6 only, or 2WD only, or automatics only. Nothing that will fit my truck and cover my rear cat.

https://www.catstrap.net/ appears to the best option I found while looking for this solution. Donut media on YouTube tested a number of shields, including the CatStrap, but a suggested link explained how to build your own alarm system, using home security sensors wired to a siren in the engine compartment (No more than 130 dB). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rvq5k0wh7nE

I remember that Donut Media video. I just watched it again to be sure - it didn't take them more than a minute and a half to cut through the catstrap. Also, if it's glued to the exhaust system, I'm not sure how easy it is to remove if I ever need exhaust work done.

I live in a very dense neighborhood, so I'm avoiding alarms because I don't want false alarms (animals, wind, etc) to set off my alarm in the middle of the night and piss off my neighbors.

A shield would really be the best solution for me if I can just find one that fits my truck. But if I can't find one, I might end up going with the cat clamp (another one of the items they tested on donut media). It held up a bit better than the catstrap, and it would be more easily removed by me if I need to work on the truck.

Or maybe I'll just get some razor wire
