    :eek:So I keep getting a catalyst below efficiency code. would that mean the downstream O2 is bad or the upstream?

    Good luck with that code... I had it on my 96 and I replaced both oxygen sensors, the cat converter, and manifold and it would not go away. Start with the rear oxygen sensor.
