^Yes this is even more attractive to thieves than catalytic converters.

Sitting in a rocking chair in your garage all night every night for the rest of your life is a better solution than a cat shield?o_O

I went with Miller aluminum shield for mine. I mainly chose it because Toyota recommends, sells and installs them as OEM, so I figured it would keep me in the clear warranty wise.

For our 2nd and 3rd gen Tacoma's, I put the Cap City Muffler cat shields on. Well please with the fit.

Talon's Garage got a new shop and new equipment and is adding to the product line. Just installed one on a 2022 Super Duty. Worth a call if he doesn't have exactly what you need. Form and fit are much improved in the last year or so since I installed my first one on our F150.

My RCI cat guards are just wings off the transmission plate so cannot void warranty by drilling into anything. Only bold heads and not even the full bolt head at that are exposed ... try cutting through 8 stainless steel bolt heads. Granted they can pull 4 bolts on the steel transmission skid to drop the 2 aluminum cat guards, but cutting 1/4 in aluminum cat guards will not be fun for the thieves either.

Makes me happy that you noticed! We have invested a TON into improving out product and its really nice now.

I def appreciate all of our early supporters who understood what it takes to grow a business. In the early days our stuff was not perfect, but it was the best we could do at the time.

Thieves should get a kick back from the aftermarket companies...

The scumbags who steal cats around here will immediately open fire on you if you’re unlucky or dumb enough to walk outside while they’re doing it.

My early F150 Cat plate was really tough and sturdy... but a little rough. The one on the F250 I just installed was 100% better. A small hiccup on the fasteners, but your folks got that straightened out the next day. Really appreciate it.

Serious feedback here... great quality. Some of the instructions need a bit more proofing and better images. But will definitely not go anywhere else.
