    The shield is really nice and from what I understand is the only cat shield as an approved toyota accessory.

    I have the aluminum one, but if I had to buy again, I'd get the stainless one just because it is thicker and more robust.

    I know some states have passed laws that you need to show ID when selling scrap (mine being one of them) but that didn't stop them from stealing a co-worker's a few weeks ago.:(

    I hope it's good, but if I'm being 100% honest it felt kinda flimsy (I got the Stainless steel version) . As for the Airflow It's probably not good for hotter climates like SoCal Summers.

    We should probably be ok I hope. Now I’m wondering if somehow there is no proper air flow for cooling, will it affect the longevity of the cats.

    Numerous reports all say there is more than enough cooling airflow for the cats; I have yet to see a single report indicating the floor over the cat is at all hot, and not one report of a failed cat.

    I'd just be worried about leaves or grass or something getting trapped on top of the shield and catching fire.

    Admittedly this is written by a manufacturer of a cat shield, but it appears to be well written and I don't have any feeling the data presented is anything other than factual.

    I think talons for me if I ever buy one. Of all of them it seems the easiest to take off and on it needed. The miller has that front bracket you have to mess with. Miller should update there design.
