Catalytic Converter Thefts in (not so) Pleasant Hill

you could always wire up something that looks like a bomb with a small timekeeping-device and attach the unit near the cat heat shield, but not visible from outside the frame. that *might* deter a thief

 

No noise at all from mine. The cables really don't move around.

 

My bro works for North Main Tow and he was sayin that there have been cat thefts in the WC BART parking lot lately, he thinks it's somebody that lives in the apts that over look the lot.
