I could take one with my phone. Just let me know where to send it

I can vouch for the no drone since that's what I was going after

Another vote for the trd cat back! Have had one on each of my Tacomas and love the quality and sound.

Back in the day people added headers and dual exhaust systems to V8s for added performance and the music of a big block V8 was an added bonus. Today there is minimal performance gain, a less durable exhaust system and the exhaust note from 4 cyl and v6s are about as pleasing as a weed whacker.

The only way to make them sound good is the urd u spec 3" exhaust which you can't get anymore. Has equal length y pipe from the cat then add a black widow 10in widow maker muffler in place of the urd one. There is a few clips of that on youtube sounds amazing. I'll just stick with my trd exaust that came on my truck, and I love putting exhaust on everything I own.

Unless you get an exhaust shop to extend the crossover pipe to be equal length. That's the ticket with these trucks. 90 percent of the exhaust options out for them sound terrible under load.

That is my target. A lower, more aggressive tone more fitting for a truck. But drone begone!

I am not trying to make it sound like a V8. I just want something that doesn't sound like a sewing machine on valium.

And increased horsepower/torque is not my primary goal. I realize exhaust mods don't provide power gains like they used to. If/when I get serious about increasing output, I'll get a supercharger. But right now I just want a more satisfying exhaust note.

The trd exhaust is perfect for this.
