DENSO Aftermarket parts can be manufactured in CHINA or Taiwan so just buying a DENSO part don't assume its going to be made in Japan, only guarantee for quality OEM parts is to buy from a Dealership or online Toyota dealership

Here are some counterfeit vs. genuine injectors in the picture below with some Genuine Denso coil examples. Once you get the knack of looking for QA Lot numbers, it's easy to spot the counterfeits.

    Counterfeit Example #1

Real Example #1 - Quality Lot Number is 8CK

Real Example #2 - Quality Lot Numbers will not use the same font as the part number and may not be perfectly aligned with the part number. The numbers are stamped added after the injector has been built and tested.

Here's a pitiful example of counterfeit injectors.

Other Denso products like ignition coils use Quality Lot Numbers - The lot number for this coil is A3

    upload_2020-9-24_17-25-19.jpg

The Quality Lot number for this coil is A4.

FWIW- when you use a crow's foot wrench, or a torque adapter to get in a tight area, the actual torque will be greater than the indicated torque. This is due to leverage. It won't make a whole lot of difference with that short of a CF wrench, but it is something to be aware of. There is a formula for this.
In all my years of helicopter maintenance, we torqued everything, and had to use torque adapters a lot. If you turn the torque adapter or crow's foot wrench 90 degrees, you don't need to use the formula.
