What's your experience with the CMR been so far? I ordered the same one recently but I've been getting some feedback from others that I should do the CMC instead.

not a single issue, it’s just a thick ass welded piece of metal. If you wanna ever run 35’s just get a relo now. That’s why I did it, a lot of those people who say that are on CMC #3 because they have to keep cutting it back more, no thanks.

Yeah that's the logic I was working with also. When I saw their bracket was 1/4" plate I figured it was plenty sturdy haha. Did you have any trouble finding a shop to do the install?

@ZebraScissors I got my ATH Fab rear bumper on today. Super happy with how it turned out.

Does your backup camera still have the guide lines or did those disappear after you relocated it?

I didn't actually, the did it $300-400 if I remember correctly, but they informed me they wont be doing it again for that cheap, it was their first time. it took them 9 hours total.

I turned the lines off, my camera points kinda upwards and to the left anyways lol. You could probably fix it with spacers, but I also have quite a bit of rake to my truck.

FINALLY started to work on my cowl induction intake/snorkel... Going well so far. Here are the links to the parts needed.. I will be finishing this up this weekend. Removing my fender flares kinda forced me into it, I cant stand actual snorkels and this is the next best thing.

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HG7D56G?ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005M1Z1D8?ie=UTF8
    https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-294512

To anyone interested you have to drill through the cowl wall, as well as your stock intake box. I plugged the stock intake hole that goes into the wheel well, with the bottom of a bucket. LOL! I am epoxying the mounting plates on, then after they are fully cured I will be fully sealing them on with JB weld or maybe some type of silicone. This is clearly not a reversible mod. You lost me on this one… your doing this because you removed the fender flares? Whey would the flares make any difference?

The actual intake tube for your intake box, is in your fender well. Here's a pic. So when you cut the fender flares, you lose your fender liners, and when you lose your fender liners your intake is pulling directly from your tire area. Super horrible for water crossings, when it rains, dirt, dust, rocks. It's a mess. Your options are to get a snorkel, go this route, or fab up your own new fender liners. This mod is super popular with the 2nd gens.

So I'm capping that off, and re-routing the intake to where the air flows in for the HVAC system! Get's your intake level to just below your windshield, for us snorkel haters.

It's also used on this tacoma, at 4:28 (watch)

How are those Victory 4x4 Skids holding up? Do you have the full set...front, mid, gas, & transfer? How much weight did it all add?

Holding up great, the weight on the other hand is a bit intense lol. I have all of them. They have all the weights listed between aluminum and steel on the site.

I think I’ll start a separate thread to help people out with it. The whole thing came out fantastic, and tucks perfectly under the ARB.

FINALLY got my fridge slide. Had to chop up my bed mat to fit, but super stoked for it to be secured down and easily accessible now. That was like a 3 month backorder.

Since their website does not show prices, do you mind sharing what you spent on these?

If my memory serves me correctly, 880, and it was like 200-400 more for orbit eyes, which I didn't get.

Did some minor tweaks to my setup. First is the tire carrier table. I still need to sand the edges, paint it, and add some edge trim. But I added a collapsible sink. Works like a charm…. One less thing to pack. Collapsible sinks are all over Amazon in any size you want.

Space is at a premium with 4 people and 2 dogs so being able to save any space in my Roam cases is a win.
