CB Antenna Bed Mount

Selling my used ShmellFab CB antenna bed mount. Meant to mount near the tail light on your Tacoma, clears toppers and the tailgate. I've also used it to mount the antenna to the bed cargo rails (when my topper wasn't on).

Sold my CB so looking for a new home. Could use a quick touch up on paint.

when you had that setup was 18’ coax long enough to make it into the cab to the cb? where did you run it to get into the cab? thru firewall? I’m looking to use this setup just don’t want to be short. thanks

 

More than long enough, I had a foot or two spare when my antenna was on the rear of the bed by the tail light, and 6-7 feet spare when the antenna was at the back of the van on the bed.

My CB was mostly mounted in the passenger footwell, near the center console.

I ran the cable out a drain plug under the passenger floor board, hugging the door before turning in as not to constantly be stepping on it under the carpet. Then ran it along the frame rail and up between the bed and cab

 

thanks for the info. not sure where exactly i’m mounting the cb yet as it’s pretty big.
