Got a cobra 19 dx IV as a gift awhile back. Finally gettin round to mounting it. Wondering what you guys thought bout a 5 foot Firestick or a 5 foot wilson silver load FGT. It will be mounted on the center of the bed rail right behind my cab along with a spring mount. Or any other recommendations for antennas

Get a Wilson ...... I've had many mobile antennas over the years, and Wilson is the best I've used.

I've mounted mine on my bed cover ( Undercover - front center ) with their ground plane.

I just use a Wilson "Lil Wil" mag mount on my rig (for now) and it works really well.
