CB... is it goin out of style?

    Will have time to install/play with it on thursday. Damn the box is heavier than I expected! I opened it just to check the contents and dang they come with everything! In the box, it has:

    -Unit

    -Manual, warranty, etc

    -Power: three types. (1) the cig lighter adapter, (2) AC wall socket-type with 4' of cord, (3) a decent handful of wire with inline fuse for hardwiring to the battery.

    -Antennas: both a boombox-esque telescoping (maybe 12") antenna for home use, and a 6" wire with suction cups on it (nice-- allows temporary use!) intended to be mounted inside the windshield, with a few feet of shielded coax to reach the unit.

    -Mounting bracket for panel mount, with screws/knobs/etc
