I have a 2000 Tacoma 4x4 and I want to mount my Cobra 25 LTD WX Classic CB radio on the roof of my cab, in the center right above my rear view mirror.
Has anybody ever done this before and if so, any tips on how it can be done?

I will probably pull the headliner down to see what I have available to either tack in some nuts (so I can attach and remove the cb radio without removing the headliner once installed) or if I will need to make some kind of bracket. Any advice, especially from someone that has already done this, will be greatly appreciated.
I am looking to run the power and coaxial through the plastic cover that hides the bolts for the rear view mirror and running the wires down the A pillar.....

    Thanks.
