    Hi guys,

    I just hooked up a cb radio i got for free. Anyone know any active channels in the san diego region? All i been getting is static..:annoyed:

    9 is always for emergency. 19 or 21 is what we always used on the road.

    Also, you need to have a callsign/cb name.

    Not sure if you know this, but before you key up the radio, make sure you tune the antenna. If you don't you will fry the radio and all it will be good for is a paperweight.
