How’s your SWR? What kind of range are you getting? What kind of antenna? Add a circuit or straight to battery?

I'm considering this CB. I also would like to know what SWR you got with that antenna install. How did you ground the antenna. Where did you mount the little box that the coax goes to and that the mic/handheld connects to? And also, what antenna did you end up using? Firestick? Length?

On Chanel 1 I got 1.2 and channel 40=1, the range I haven’t try yet. Antenna fire stic and circuit straight to the battery.

Sounds like you need to tune the antenna
