With Memorial day then 4th of July coming up, I was thinking to have a small flag this year as its the first I will have had a truck after wanting one for 16 years.

Anyways, I was thinking a whip flag would be a great way to get a 2x3.

A few questions: up to what speeds is this safe?
Any recommended brands as far as quality and should I just get a full on flag pole instead?

I just want to be able to take it down and keep the mount on my rail with the bakflip mx4 cover on when not showing some pride.
