That's what I keep hearing and I'm excited to get them installed once I rip the front of my truck apart and gusseted. Just waiting on my UCAs and 35s at this point.

I just installed them and they performed very well this weekend at hollister. If you have the LCAs off, install them then. They were a bit off a pain to install with the LCAs on, not much room to get a socket wrench in there to tighten it down. I ended up using a 1/4" wrench with a universal socket to a 3/8" adapter to a 3/8th standard socket of the size bolt it was (don't recall).

That's the plan. I'm going to be pulling upper and lower control arms and spindles out once my new UCAs so I can burn on a bunch of gussets.

Sounds like a second gen problem, takes like 20 mins on a first gen.

I'm just bitching really. It took no more than 20 minutes. It was just a pain to be able to get the socket in there with the lca in the way. Most the time was trying different attachments to get the right length to access the bolt and still be able to pull to the wrench out.

Well I've got 3 (maybe 4) weeks until I start cutting. Tires arrived today at work. UCA also arrived a few weeks ago. I've got a few things to do this weekend, and then I can get this project rolling.

Pull your bumps as well as the coilover. Then go at least 3/4" bigger then you think you need to. You'll have it right when you cut right next to the door hinge. It's a lot of work but it is worth it the moment you get into the big rocks.

The welder and grinder are both in the garage. Just bring some sheet metal.

Yeah, I'm going to listen to what I saw @tetten say when be tub'd for 40s. I'm going to mechanical bind just to make sure I don't have rubbing issues.

Hell ya! I’ll be camping out that way for the 4th of July. I’ll try to swing by for a beer. Last year we camped near June lake and had a good time

Ha! Eventually I'll get around to it. I'm starting to get tired of constantly working on the truck.
