Seems like the OP wouldn't buy CBI products even if they were free.

 

Ok well IMO it's his to sell... If he had won a bumper instead of a gift card and didnt want to use it would you expect him to give it away for free because he got it for free? no.

I agree with this.

The bigger problem is that he entered in the first place. He saw a free $800 and entered without even checking the site for what they had..

Scumbag move..

 

So what im seeing is folks that NEVER enter a chance to win free items whether they already have like item(s) or not, and a mind set " well ill just sell it" if I cant use it?

Items = home appliances, entertainment devices, jewelry and so on.

 

But if the OP took the $800 of gear, took pictures, then made up some bullshit hard luck story and added "just trying to recoup some of my $$" and listed it in the FS Thread, no one would have a problem with it.


I see no problem with it at all. It is HIS, He won it FAIR AND SQUARE! What's the diff if he sells it, gives it away, doesn't take it at all... whatever. If you were interested in $800 of CBI products... this would give you a $200 break... maybe more if you negotiated!!!!
