    I have a CBI rear plate bumper with tier carrier, hitch and gas/water<-included holder. Its in really good condition. It does have the normal wear (just a little pc worn off by the bolt/handle that holds it closed) looking for a local sell (located in Sacramento,CA) also willing to drive a little and help put the bumper on. $1400 or trade plate bumper without swing arm +cash.     Looks like yours is high clearance though, and mine is not.

    OP, why are you selling since going the high clearance route will not allow you to receive a standard plate bumper. Wouldn't be easier to just remove the swing arm off and keep the bumper? GLWS or trade

    FYI- would help if you had more closeup side and rear pics of the bumper along with mounts.Some may not know that the bumper will require the cutting of the bed sides. web pic:

    Sorry about the confusion this is not a high clearance bumper. I was at work and took a pic off cbi's Web site. I'll put a new pic up when a get a chance of the actual bumper.
