CCTV Video enhancing

    First, let me say this...
    I know I am not going to get HD quality from my home security system...I know you cant make crap look better.

    But I have a video of a punk trying to break in my car at 3am. Its a fairly decent video. Just looking for some program that will brighten it up and maybe sharpen a tad.

    The basic editing features with Media Player make it look 100 times better. But i have no idea what program to download to even start editing.

    I'm good at editing photos in photoshop, gimp, lightroom, etc. Never tried Premier, vegas, or anything like that for video yet. Looking for something simple with some basic brighten, sharpen, contrast settings. If that doesnt work, i'll have to go into premier pro and learn i guess.
