I'm currently deployed and had the lady take my truck in for a tire rotate and balance. Right before that (like 10 minutes), I also had her get a new battery put in. Stock one was getting weak before I left and of course it died while I was gone. Anyway, she got the battery, then went and had the tires rotated and balanced. When she went to drive off the CEL and traction control light were on. She took it back immediately, (didn't make it out of the parking lot), and they guy brought up the "code" C1201. I realize that isn't the actual problem, and I have no way of getting the actual Pxxxx code. The guy cleared it, and so far it hasn't popped back up with about 15-20 minutes of driving.

I know it's not much to work with, but any idea what could of caused this, or something I could have her look for? I'm worried there might be an actual issue and she won't know what until it's too late.

Sounds like they messed up a wheel speed sensor. Looks like the ABS, traction control and stability control will be disabled with this code

If the only code was C1201 (see below) then it may be that when changing the battery the "tech" allowed the terminals to arc, glitching the ECM or ABS module; or that when rotating the tires they disturbed an ABS sensor, started the truck and realised it, fixed it but did not reset the code until your wife came back (good for her!) and said WTF?
