CEL help

Hi all!
I have a 2015 TRD off road 6-speed manual transmission and I’ve run into a problem. I was teaching my friend how to drive stick and naturally they stalled quite abruptly a number of times. After quite a few stalls the truck threw the CEL and “trac off” codes. Wondering if this will resolve itself and turn off or if I should run a computer diagnostic. I drove for about 45mins after the CEL turned on and it hasn’t turned off. Appreciate the input and some tips!

Myself if the light trips I pull over nearest safe place and see just what code I have.

Then some drive weeks with the light on.

When the light blinks it is a more serious problem

 

check and clear the codes.
