Changed both o2 sensors. CEL went off. Then came back on a week later. Cleaned MAF sensor. CEL went off for about a week. Back on again. Hooked up my craftsman OBD2 scanner. 0 codes. Started up after disconnecting the scanner. CEL is off. And I didn't erase it. ???

When the CEL is turned on the data that triggered the light is stored in memory. This is called freeze frame and it should still be there. See if your scan tool can access it. The trick is to figure out by looking at the the data what is right and what is wrong.
