Does anyone know why Toyota dropped the Cement paint color? Have they had any problems with adhesion? I think it looks great and was hoping to get one.

I believe it was originally marketed as a "special" color along side Cavalry Blue, Quicksand, Voodoo Blue, and Army Green. Special colors are usually dropped and replaced with different shades. Army Green will likely not survive to 2023. Cement Gray is a very good color and I haven't seen many complaints coming from any forums. Cement was introduced on the FJ Cruiser in 2013, discontinued in 2014, and brought back for the TRD Pro Tacoma, 4Runner, and Tundra in 2017.

No problems and the reason was it is a special color that only lasts a few model years.

I want to upgrade to a long bed and the one thing stopping me is they don’t make cement grey anymore. Not willing to deal with used in this market when I bought mine new for dirt cheap at the end of 2019 and planned to keep it till it stops running.

    You're over-thinking it.
    Sounds accurate IIRC.
    Yep
Bottom-line, pick another color. Good luck, I wish you well in your search. :hattip:

They replaced Cement with Lunar Rock.
