Also how's the alignment look can anyone give me a thumbs up on it? Feels like it pulls to the right but maybe that's the best that can be done on stock UCA?

The truck looks good with the Blaze10. I always feel like a good alignment guy should always be able to make left and right match number wise.

Why are the specs modified? Specifically the caster. Looks like they changed it to make it "green" because I'm fairly sure the spec is from 1.4 to 2.9 degrees.

I prefer a 285 tire, but the Blaze 10's look good! I wish SCS would offer them in blue or indigo with that offset spec. :boink::boink::boink::boink:

It looks like all they adjusted was toe.

Right front tire seems like it could be corrected closer to left side camber/castor specs in order to minimize wear.

yea 285 was really considered, I just dont want to CMC yet, or do trimming and Heat gun the fender liner atm. Plus its a daily driver and I just didnt want to commit to it yet. Maybe down the road! I called the shop and they said it sounds like a radial pull and not an allignment issue but he said bring it back and they will look at it again. Here is hoping they can dial it in more

When you say modified, can you elaborate more? Also is there a way I can find if the data suggests it should be between 1.4 to 2.9? I dont want to be rude to the guys who did the alignment but I want to lean in a little bit on them with actual data to see if I can get them to adjust it better*

Your printout says "modified specifications". The min/max of the caster specs was changed from 1.4/ 2.9 to .5/ 2.0 which would make your readings of .8 left and 1.2 right both look like they are in spec (green) but actually are out of spec. To be fair this is normal with a 2" lift. Oh and just because both are green doesn't mean it's a good alignment (especially for camber and caster)

Here's a printout of a 2020 I found on here. Notice the specifications

Yeah that's making a lot of sense. So let me ask you a question if you dont mind...After doing some research and looking at this print out it looks like it's safe to assume this allignmet was the bare minimum. They did no adjustments to any other setting other than toe and didn't even attempt to fix the toe in the driver rear. Would you let them try again or just ask for a refund and try another shop.

Also the tpms sensors...would you know if those are prone to giving false readings once they swap? Guy told me he dialed psi to 40 and yet 3 of the tires are saying 37 and one is saying 39. He said the tpms isn't accurate. What makes it not accurate? Does going from a different size wheel and tire fuck it up?

Thanks for this. I made it to the gas station on my break and checked the air compressor reading and it showed my tpms is reading accurately. So whatever they dialed in at the shop didn't hold.

Either way. Lots of learning today haha.

Well, TBH, they did all they could do with the alignment, with stock UCAs. They might be able to get a little more caster angle while keeping the camber in spec. The pull you feel could be loss of caster, the toe being a little off, or maybe just road crown. The toe in the rear is not adjustable. I honestly think they had the target mounted on the wheel a little off. This would affect the front toe readings the alignment machine calculates for the front. It might be worth redoing the toe if the pull bothers you just make sure it's not because of road crown. I would be inclined to take it somewhere else that uses a similar alignment machine (Hunter)

As far as the PSI thing, their gauge was probably off.

I asked about that and the tech said that just refers to my truck being lifted. He brought me back to the garage and showed me my truck on the rack and showed me the caster was maxed

That's why I said there's nothing more they can do. They still modified the specs and it was done to make the final alignment go "green" I've seen many shops do this and I've been in hundreds with my shop equipment repair business. Specs don't change just because of a 2" lift. Factory specs are what you follow until you get into MAJOR suspension changes like and SAS or long arm lift.

I would. Specifically the SPC UCA because he doesn't need that much correction.
