That looks like the low profile avs brand aeroskin. Thing barely sits about 1/2 inch above the hood. I would like to think that it wouldn't have any affect on safety sense.

Yep, just the front side windows. My windshield has so many chips and a filled crack that it would be a waste of money to have any tint done to it as it will need to be replaced soon anyways.

I see you're in DFW. There's a place over off hwy 26 and mid cities that I had do llumar air 80 on my windshields and it made a huge difference in heat and glare in the cab. I dont think itll be any issue getting it inspected either since it's not very dark.

Yes, I’m keeping the badging. I actually like it. I may do a bronze to match the wheels, but haven’t gotten around to looking into it.

If I was going to do it again, I would go with the 5’s. They’ve grown on me. Plus, the 8’s and 10’s have the faux bead lock that gets some deep gouges in them easily.

I have seen it, so I can appreciate the reference. Unfortunately, they aren’t that clean. LOL!
