$400. He initially quoted me $300, and has done a couple others in the past for $300. But the Cement paint was more expensive than some others. But still not bad. I now have $900 in the shell total. Half what a new one would have cost me. I can live with that for sure...

Nice! Yeah they flex pretty well haha, the ride is still a little firm for me since I have zero weight at all in the bed but it rides amazing when loaded with a few things

I feel the same way. I had a 2018 F150 SupCrew 4x4 XLT in white that I loved. But even in my small town of 8,000 people, at any given stop light, there would be 2 or 3 identical trucks sitting there. I have seen only 2 other 3rd Gen Tacomas in town and none in the color cement.

Lol. Firm is one way to put it. I take my canopy off sometimes in the summer and it’s definitely a noticeable change. Especially when I forget and hit stuff a little fast and that tail end kicks up.

I’m also pretty used to not seeing my particular long bed cement even though there a pretty high concentration of Tacomas here in the PNW.

Funny story. The other morning I’m in Seattle for work and pop out of the Hotel elevator in the middle of the very small ground floor L shape parking garage. Still a little dark. Start walking to my truck backed into a spot At the end and about 4 cars away realize someone stole my canopy! WTF panic for about 1.5 seconds as I get closer. Then realize those aren’t my tires. Flood of relief, just a truck twin. Another panic, where is my truck, the whole truck was stolen. 1.5 seconds later, never mind, turned the wrong way out of the elevator. ........that was a dramatic 3 seconds to start the day.

Oh crap! That'll wake a guy up for sure!! I came out of a bar in Alton, IL in 1997 and my new Harley Wide Glide with 700 miles was gone! That leaves a pretty bad taste in your mouth! A lump ya just can't swallow...

That’s not bad at all. My coworker has a white one. Unsure on brand of any specifics but it came off a 3rd gen long bed. Asking $1,400 I believe. Hoping for a coworker discount. I just don’t know what Look/route I want to go with. Too many choices.

Without seeing much of these trucks, I can definitely see myself doing the same. Lol. I’ve done the same getting out of an elevator and walking to where I KNEW I parked. Only to realize I got off on the wrong parking floor.

I’m piecing together my lift and down to choosing rear leafs. Currently I own king extended adjustables, dirt king UCA.

I only tow a small boat (1k loaded) but the remaining time the bed will remain empty with just the tonneau cover. Do you guys have a recommendation on leavmfs? Seems most run deaver or the Dakar mediums.

I have the old Dakar pack which I believe is the same as the Heavy pack sold now. I removed one overload Which I think makes it the same as the Medium pack, and I like it. If you’re running empty most of the time I think you can actually remove another leaf to lighten things up even more.

You might want to take a look into Icon RXT leaf packs (stage 1 or 2) as well.

It's usually cheaper to tint in the winter.
