Yeah I thought the 265/75R16 and 265/70R17 were supposed to fit with no rubbing. I was planning on running that on the 17" black 4Runner Pro wheels (can't remember their offset but I know they stick out a bit more than stock). Anyone running those wheels with 265/70R17 and having rubbing issues? Safe to do?

Yep, just the front mudflaps. Everything else is stock. Not sure what the offset is honestly. They are the Level 8 Slams though. I tested the hell out of it last night and no rubbing anywhere with those front flaps off.

I went and bit the bullet, paid a pretty penny for it it worked out to $3,237 and some change. Good thing is lifetime warranty.

Love the side window setup, I thought about a topper, but they were just too expensive for me. They sure are nice for camping though.

I had the same issues with 265/75 with -12 offset. Turns out the lower alignment cam bolts were essentially bringing the tire back as far as possible.

Couldn't be more wrong my friend. Depending on the wheels specs, such as offset you will rub with 265/75 on stock suspension, such as a -12 offset, its not a constant rub but certain circumstances like full lock in reverse or on an incline, etc. will cause rubbing on the pinch weld with that size, been there done that with my 17 stock OR on Rays w/-12 offset.

He might not notice the rubbing YET. Lots of guys claim they don't rub, until they come into a incline driveway turned or full lock reverse and then notice it or will not notice it since its slight but its there when looking at the pinch weld, ran that same setup you have on my 17 and it rubbed.

Like I said, I don't get it. I'm on 32"s and rubbing at lock and entering incline and he's sitting on 34's with nothing? Almost everyone sitting on 33's claims they need at least two of these: UCA, CMC, trimming, heat molding, pinch weld smash too.

Right, learned sometimes its best to just let people think what they want here, but ya you're right, it rubs stock and that setup.

Just about. 106-112F. I was visiting gf family in Coachella so I decided to check this place out. It rained too, which made it humid.

Man I'm second guessing moving back to AZ now seeing these record temps for yet another year.
