How did you come out on the trade? Did you pay a lot more?

I paid $10,000 less for my OR and then with my custom extras (3" lift-higher than Pro, TRD rims and new tires, leather interior, WITH sunroof, PRO grill) I'm still $7,000 less than the PRO. The only thing I want from the PRO are the headlights (for the smoked look) and the shift knob. Anyone want to part with either of those?

    P1060260 copy.jpg

And mine's bigger... (hehe alright, I'd be lying if I said my head didn't almost snap off every time a cement TRD Pro drove by. I'm obsessed. But I like to think i've built me up something nice...) Now, for a cement color kevlar paint job!

Good looking truck! Lol at the thought of the pro being the standard unit of comparison in this forum though.

Yep. Cement gray SR5's everywhere. Wish I would've waited. I'd nearly have a paid off truck! The cement gray and black leather was enough for me. I got a good enough deal under sticker price though so oh well...

post your window sticker from when you bought your off road,, for 34,000.00 ...10,000.00 less than a pro.

new grill, 2 grand in tires and rims, interior work, must be a cheap lift, to stay under 3 grand,, too funny..

Lol what do you think the pro can do that a stock TRD cannot? I've been all over the southwest with the only mod being sliders. San Juans of Colorado, Utah, Mojave, Death Valley, and other parts of CA. A stock TRD can do far more than people think.

They are both great trucks! And it was a joke! But the point behind it is someone coming into a thread about Cement Pros and boosting about how they spent less money on their truck and it's equal/better. There are threads for that and this is a thread for Cement Pros. It's kind of given that if you own a Tacoma you're gonna dump a little or a ton of money into it lol.

Yer gonna have a bunch of nonpros here soon enough. Too often blowhards think they have the best rig on the planet and want everyone to know it.
