Do you think it would be possible to set up the plexiglass in front of the sensor where it can be removed easily cleaned and replaced maybe using some kind of slot in plexiglass ?

Here’s some exterior pics of mine. I wish I would of took pics of the install. But I can’t imagine it getting crazy dirty fast and I would be comfortable hitting it with a pressure washer from a distance. To answer your question you could rig it up for the outside but IMO this looks better

During the install I didn’t realize this till the end but on the inside part of the grill there are silver Phillips heads. Marked in yellow then the piece marked off in red comes out from the outside of the grill. There many ways you could go to make it work. Realistically the only two open spaces are the two little diamond shaped holes so you could use smaller piece of plexi than I did. I used a 3 3/4 inch by 4 inch. But next time I’d go smaller like 3 by 3.

So the top silver Phillips screw will directly mount the tss. But the two black screws holding the tss will need nuts added to them with a small washer annotated in yellow you will know what I’m
Talking about if you try to remount it. To tighten the nuts so they don’t spin you will need to pull off the front plate which I mentioned earlier

Cement is my fav color ever to grace a truck. And will be until they mix MGM and Cement together to make Magnetic Cement.

Just got my TRD off-road 4x4 with tech premium and JBL. Love the new leather seats! BFG all terrains 265-75-16 and Bilstein 5100’s are going on this week!

Congrats! Does it have an orange ring around the dash inside? That's all I can see on the website, but wondering if they are being shipped otherwise.

Amazing how the "Cement" paint looks like "Silver Sky" paint under the showroom lights.

This is the original truck I ordered and had planned on getting before switching to the 4x4 OR. I am curious how long it will be there. I think it will sell fast.

    https://www.camelbacktoyota.com/new/Toyota/2018-Toyota-Tacoma-5c3b5c560a0e0ae929f9e31b7789587a.htm

There was a 4x4 OR in cement with tech but no premium that sold super fast. It came in the day mine did. They also had a MG OR 4x4 with tech and premium that sold really fast. Seems like as soon as they get a truck with both tech/premium it sells really fast.
