    Hmm . . . none as yet, that's why i'm here . . .
So pushing the u joints in too far is called too tight. Now I understand what u are saying, shows u haven't changed out very many u joints. I appreciate that u want to work on your own truck but you must have some sense and knowledge of what u are doing.

The driveline angle as it passes through the center bearing looks excessive. If you lifted you might consider lowering the center bearing to reduce that angle on the rubber. My daughter’s 2010 had that, I put aluminum 1/2 in spacers in there, lowering saved that center bearing. I could be off base here, just trying to be of help. Hope this one lasts. Spicer should be good stuff.

Good observation, I didn't think of that. I always believed the previous owners left the truck on stock suspension (I don't notice anything out of OEM specs & parts on the surface). But perhaps I'm wrong. I'll take measurements at some point, but I'm thinking it's likely still stock (unless it's one of those 1.5" lift from factory or from it's original dealership in FL).

I should invest in an angle measuring device, NOT from Amazon this time

I'm the first in the family for a lot of things, which is why I do my best to learn and practice as much as possible with DIY. If I can do better next time, I will. My only ask is for honest, upfront and constructive criticism.

My next project will eventually be in replacing the aging suspension, altogether. Hopefully I will have learned plenty to be able to continue it as DIY

I am a Retired Military Aircraft mechanic. Doesn’t give anymore experience with this than you have. I always learned from digging in and finding out. The Golden rule is to not get over your skies. Always have an out. The more you troubleshoot, the more you learn. I hope you get this resolved.
