I didn't keep the cardboard ones but I'd certainly be willing to trace them, make new ones, and send them to you if you like. How I made my template was I duct taped a pencil to a torpedo level (was handy at the time) and slid it along the seat back contour while it traced onto a piece of cardboard. You definitely need something thing so you can get deep down into the groove where the seat bottom meets the seat back.

Mines pretty good. Every once in a while I notice that it's moved a little bit and just push it back against the seat again. By no means does it go sliding around though under normal driving or if someone hits the breaks in front of you. I'm sure a better method of securing it could be thought up but for me I wanted something that could be quickly and readily removable if my wife and I want to take the dog somewhere in the truck.

that would be great! i would love to repay you but i am not sure what i could offer. i'll send you a pm with my address. there's no need to make cardboard templates when a simple piece of paper with the shape on it will work. that way it can be sent in an envelope and i can make my own if needed.
