Center Console Latch Spring fell off...

    Has anyone experienced this? I opened my center console compartment and the latch fell off...the spring must have fallen out and i cannot find it. It doesn't seem like a common piece i can just pick up at the autoparts store. And i guess the spring shot somewhere and i cannot find it.

    wondering if anyone else has had to fix this? I can take pics tonight if that helps
