I have a manual '08. I removed the center console between the driver and passenger seats. I am just curious what the electrical motor is on the inside of the console, has a small cooling fan, seemed too small for a climate fan. Thanks

I think its a heating element with a fan to push hot air to the back seat. dont quote me on that though.

You talking about the cooling fan for the console-mounted power inverter?

It's the console between the seats directly to the right of the driver that doubles as an arm rest, right behind the manual stick. I traced the wire from the motor hidden on the inside of the console and it didn't seem to lead to anything conspicuous.

Thanks for the inquiry. Kinetik might be on to something.
