?

What would you pay for an organizer tray that would sit on top of a salex organizer?

that works, correct me if im wrong though, UHMW, in my experience, tends to expand and contract with weather. I dont know if its cost affective for you but why not try acetal?

Whenever ive machined UHMW it is always a pain and "gums" up when cutting at times and is "porous" as it is a type of rubber. just curious as to your choice of that material. Great concept and might be getting one regardless!

Just asking for a professional installation option. You have spent a lot of time and effort on a nice product. Why depend on another product to hold it up?

    Still interested and would buy.

I am looking at different material, and mounting options. Thanks for the input. UHMW machines well with a 2 flute high helix HSS end mill though. I think the tool marks are just cuz I didn't check the alignment on the head first.

Glad you like my idea. Also, "False bottoms" sounds way sexier than secret compartment.
