Center Console Switch Panels

After having several successful group buys I decided to make a FS thread on my 2nd Gen switch Panels.



I have versions for automatics and manual transmissions. They come in bare aluminum so you can paint or wrap them to match you style of build goals.

Both manual and auto fit 6 Carling switches like the ones sold at OTRATTW, or you can fit the sPod switches as well.

The panel is a very snug and fits by being pressed in, because the fit is so good there are aluminum black anodized handles to help remove the panel if needed.

This is sweet, and exactly the solution I might just go with.

 

I have one for auto. I painted it VHT Wrinkle Plus black like the pic. Fits great, looks bad-ass, and makes life tidy in the truck.

Is drilling required to route wiring to switches?

 

Yes, a small hole is needed on either side of the pocket to pass the wires through. It doesn't have to be big though and it's not visible once the panel is installed.

Very cool! Possible to get it (powder) coated in a textured black as in your photo? Just curious

 

I can powder coat them, but I'd have to get a price. For one off's it might be expensive.

On mine I just used color matching MGM paint. The texture I think is just the pearl in the paint.

 

Can these panels be made to hold guages instead of switches?

Yes! I have a model that holds 3 gauges and 1 gauge and 3 switches. They aren't listed, but I only have a few of each left in stock.

 

Sweet this is exactly what i need to mount my Icom two way radio faceplate! can you modify the cut i give you the Specs for the cut?

 

Been looking at this for a while now....I finally may have to pull the trigger and get one.

 

Do you sell the switches to, or can you point me in the direction for which switches these are made for?
