    Hello,

    Just wanted to pass along anther option for your Gen3 center console. The Gen3 Tacoma tray has been out for a year and has been the standard for the Gen3 Tacoma. The Gen2 Tacoma tray was introduced a couple months ago. Turns out it's a darn good fit in the Gen3 console too!

    One thing to note, it is a perfect fit in the front position of the console. It gets a little loose as you slide it back. For some reason the opening to the center console is not perfectly square. Minor issue, still slides front to back nicely.

    Don't forget the Tacoma grid. It fits nicely below either tray but does not touch the tray.

    Here is the list of all Vehicle OCD products for the Gen3 Tacoma.

    Salex Organizers Tacoma website

    Boxed set 2005-2015 Tacoma

    I just ordered a set. Never wanted the 3rd gen version because you have to take it out to get under it. But this should be perfect.

    I have a Gen 3 tray sitting in the garage for that reason. Don't like to lift it out to get the goodies under it. Gen 2 organizer looks like a good option that would work for me.
    @salex up for a trade?

    It won't be long before those bastards in China add a coin slot to the single tray and flood the market. That said, it is understandable for those in Canada using Amazon.ca since Salex doesn't have product there.

    Shipping would cost more than the parts in a trade. PM me and maybe we can work a deal.

    Why not just cut the 3rd gen one in half?

    That’s what I plan on doing to mine

    Just ordered the 3rd gen tray and the grid organizer on Amazon. 20% off when you order two items. Hopefully this will keep my center console from looking like a disaster area. :)

    I've had the double tray for a few months, it's perfect for my needs. I keep sunglasses and other "quick access" things there, and have hidden storage underneath for other things. Nice fit and finish, would buy again.

    That's funny you mention that... The square pocket right behind the shifter(next to the cup holder) is not completely square'd true as well...
    I think someone in the design department either wanted to screw with us, or had a hangover from the weekend...

    Not if US manufactures like Salex Organizers makes better product for the same price. You will never find a Chinese company that comes up with a unique solution to a problem. They only copy, cut corners on quality, and compete with each other for pennies. If it wasn't for Salex Organizers there would be no center console organizers or trays for Tacoma, Tundra, 4Runner, RAM and others. Consumers need to realize they are not just paying for the plastic. They are paying in part for a product solution to their problem. If consumers want something for the next vehicle they buy they need to support the company that will develop the next product... not just copy it.

    So why is the one on eBay with "free shipping" $3 more than the one on Amazon? Doesn't seem free to me!
