Has anyone ever deleted the center clock or know of a mod that gets rid of it? I have an after market head unit with a clock so it’s kinda pointless and think it would look cleaner without it.

I thought about it, some electrical tape or something. My OCD wouldn’t like that though lol

My 2015 has a dumb “Tacoma” printed logo on the panel where the clock is on yours. It should be a trivial mod to change to that panel style and eliminate your clock.

More people probably go the other way, adding a clock where none was originally. That’s what I may do, in fact, as the OEM GPS unit I upgraded to a few yesrs sfo is from an earlier model year without a clock on the display.

you likely can find anyone with 2014/2015 that would trade you.

I'll have to look into it. I've been looking into blacking out my dash so that would kill tow birds with one stone by blackening the hazard button too. Thanks for the help!

@4xdog You were saying that you were thinking of switching to the clock. I'm down to do a trade if you want. However It's not a black hazard button...

Thanks for the offer, @Atokata, but I already have a black-button clock panel to upgrade my blank panel at some point when I get the time to make the conversion.
