Centra California Tuning

Morning ya'll,

Just picked up a TRD OR about a month ago now and have been spending way too many hours of my day in Facebook groups, shopping, on TW, it just never ends. I think after some extensive research and diving down way to many rabbit holes I have decided that the Tune is better than the Pedal Commander for myself. With that said is there anyone near Central California (559) that does tuning? I saw a link for a map saying Ben Thorp in Merced does it but I couldn't find anything on him once I left that link. Also plan is to lift 1.5-3.5 inches (still undecided), should I wait to tune it until I am done with that or does that matter. Thanks in advance!
