We specialize in suspensions for both IFS and live axle Toyota’s but have done some Subaru, Jeep, and IH Scouts as well. Have a high end commercial coil spring compressor that’s safe and fast to use if you want to add a bit more preload to help compensate for spring sag.

Outside of Belleville, message me for the address. Hope to see you even if to socialize. No matter what, we always have a good time and always finish what we’ve started. This is a free labor event comprised of TacomaWorld members helping each other get it done right and saving labor money so you can have gas money for your next trip or to put into the next upgrade.

If you can’t make this one don’t panic as we try to have one every month.

I might try to talk the wife into a family trip down there. I should actually be in town that weekend. 4+ hr drive there and back is ruff for a day trip.

Nice pool on post with a decent little kids play area. If she's into mall shopping St. Clair Square is just a few miles west in the interstate.

I highly recommend the Mod day at GT’s shop it’s a great time, good people, and everyone learns something new !
We installed my Bilstein suspension and Dakar leaf springs last year there it was definitely worth the drive!

I've been wanting to get down there for over a year now. Its just been bad timing and the 8 hour round trip is a bit much.

My wife will be in Breese, IL with our son for a pool play date with one of his old karate school friends. if you have a car seat and a swimsuit she said shed be willing to bring them along. They have a zero grade splashpad for little ones to use. If that sounds like a little too much then maybe we can talk @HIYota into asking his wife is she's willing to babysit for the day.

That was a crazy day for sure and even though we had some minor stress, in the end we got it done.

Mate, I've got the space, the tools, and the time. I've made some really great friendships though these and seen other build as well. Lots of little trips with two or three people going on weekenders and the like. Lots of genuinely helpful people that won't think twice about showing up to help another get their project done. @mcharfauros drives up from Ft. LeonardWood, Missouri every time if he isn't forced to do "big green machine" stuff on that date. And Like I mentioned before, it's very rewarding for people without the experience and the confidence to have someone who does know what to do right next to them walking them through the process and explaining why it gets done the way it does. That way if something not right out bush, you know what to be looking at to try and sort it out.

this is great, and perfect for people like me who are very intimidated at even the thought of attempting doing some of the mods i'd like to do. With that said, i dont' even know who to turn to around me for advice on what i'd like and how to get there. obviously doing it right the first time, from experienced folks goes a looooong way.

if nothing else, i'll try to see if i can get down there this time just to meet some fellow bro's and see what i can learn :)

The big green machine takes its tax when it wants it. No dramas mate, I’ll try to remember to give you more notice for the next one.
