Central panel and head unit frozen info

Hello all,

I have a 2018 Tacoma TRD Sport, I did the retrofit swap of the head unit with a non-JBL 2022 Tacoma head unit.

It overall works great but I noticed that the information regarding fuel efficiency and digital speed information are frozen. If I try to switch from MPG to KML it defaults back to MPG and for speed it is the same.

I was wondering if somebody has had this issue and how you could fix it. I attempted a re-boot but didn't really work.

Currently I need the Tacoma to be in Kilometers.

Any help is appreciated!

 

My JBL occasionally freezes as well when I connect through bluetooth.
