Anyone have experience with Certifit headlights? Trying to understand if Certifit HLs fall into the same category as the rest of the aftermarkets?

Reason that I am in the market is that my passenger-side OEM smoked HL sprung a leak and I can't get it to stay dried out (warm air, sun, both dry it out initially, then fogging comes back).

Was checking Certifit and they have the smoked OEM look replacements for $125 (local pickup) vs. $250 new (shipped). I am looking into replacements in case I can't get a good seal back without baking it and adding butyl to it.

Thanks for the input, but that is my plan,,, try to reseal the OEMs first. But my past experience with sealing HLs, both my original OEM BHLMs, and some aftermarkets were not too successful. Hence my request for any cheaper alternatives to an OEM replacement ($250).

I'm a bit torn between baking and re-butyl'ing the OEMs vs. jamming silicone in. Downside to the silicone is that if it does not seal it, it's that much more of a mess when I have to go back and bake 'em.
