The whole process took less than an 1 1/2 hours. I asked him if he wanted to go to Florida right before Christmas and of course he said yes cuz he gets to miss 4 extra days of skool. I mentioned ft lauderdale and he said "we've already been there" so I gave him the computer and said find a place and let me see. 10 minutes later he picked the place and we booked the whole shootin match. We don't set an itinerary at all. Wing it

On the beaches. They rent everything and there's music as in a live band all night...
Whether you like the music or not.
I'm coming to visit you where ever you decide to stay, so it doesn't matter to me.

The food at the restaurant sux so just go there for drinks and the aquarium.

 

Have never planned a vacation in 10 minutes... Well yes, back in college when I would just sleep in the car if there was no room available.

 

There's not really a plan. Never is. It's a room and a flight and car. We will figger it out when we get there. Lol

 

I'd really like to meet up with you guys at some point while we're there. There's only one problem with it. The kids got severe social anxiety issues. I'm not saying it won't happen. I just got to figure out how to do it and keep him comfortable

 

I'm offering a boat ride and a fishing trip...
Nothing fancy, but a great day on the bay.

 

I'll see what he thinks when the time gets closer. I'm all for it even without the boat

I've driven over that bridge a few times years ago. He will like it for sure.

Back in my younger years we would road trip everywhere. One time we ended up down there with Hardly any money in our pockets and no plan. The pos car broke down and we took a train back. That's how i found out about fire ants!!!! Sons of bitches ate us ALIVE while sitting on duffel bags at the train station

 

Talk about bored to death!!! I make shot up to do on the weekends.
