    It’s your imagination. The front and rear drivetrain are nearly identical 2nd Gen to 3rd Gen, if not completely identical with the exception of some small differences in dimensions. Nothing you could tell looking at it. I believe many of the parts are interchangeable.

    Chain is always better. Less maintenance. Lasts longer and almost zero stretch over time
