That is my idea of justice. Charging accomplices to the original robbery for murder is a great idea. Really makes you think twice about who you'll be hanging out with/stealing with.

The only problem is they'll be supported by the state of Arizona for however long. While it sucks to have to pull the trigger, anyone who needs a "gang" or a gun to feel like a man should have as short a life as possible.

We'll see how well throwing down works for you in Iowa when you're threatened with a gun by some fuck heads. Good luck.

On another note I realized you may not have been bashing AZ and our gun laws. Just like you said, may not need it in Iowa, but we sure as hell need/want/should have it here.

    AZ pride!

EDIT - kids in high school these days don't even just thrown down anymore. They use weapons too. fawken laaaaaame.

Why? You don't need a concealed carry permit to conceal your gun in your own house. You can shoot a gun toting robber dead just the same as in any state.

    Good shoot!

He dealt with them accordingly. Noticed the report said he showed restraint during the incident( a plus). Badguy pulled out heat (escalating the situation), good guy responded accordingly. Did it say in the report that the BGs are DRT? (I certainly hope so!)

Those two "young people" decided that it was worth dieing over beer. I know what my life is worth... and anyone who tries to harm me or mine has put a very low value on theirs.

To rip off a damn good movie - deserve's got nothing to do with it. (Clint Eastwood in Unforgiven) They earned every shot that took their life.
