I personally didn't like having to read subtitles so I watched an episode and that's it.

So dude first off sweet rig. But I have a newb question that these pics promoted me to make.

I'm assuming that cutting your flares that cutting your fenders comes first. Did you just use a angle grinder to cut the fenders? And also when doing it how much fender did you take? (Assuming you measured from lip of fender up every few inches and then connected the dots to make a cut line.)

    Thanks,

I'm a little careless when I make my cuts so I'm probably not much help. Usually I just hold the sharpie and put it about where I want with my palm on the bottom of the fender and draw my line keeping the sharpie and palm in the same place as I move my hand throughout the fender.

I need to cut my fenders again because I trimmed my flares more than I had planned but I'll just make a rough cut about .5" from where I'm at now and that should be good enough

Did you cut your rear bumper to match the lines with the bushwackers? I was messing with the rear flares today and noticrd the lines dont match up. I need to cut the flare back about 1 1/4" still too lol. Didnt think id have to cut the bumper back 2"; oh well time to cut!

I did, about 1.5" iirc. But that was purely to fit the tires.

I spent some time today trying to figure out how I wanted to cut my rear flares. I was thinking of following just below the line on the flare but same issue with the front, the rear of the flare is larger than the front so ill have an uneven line. But if want to make the cut the same width all the way through ill have to trim the bumper an additional 2.5" or square off the bumper from the bottom that way the bumper isn't being cut any farther back then it needs to be. I made a line with my sharpie but I'm not sure how I feel about the bumper being so uneven towards the rear.

Only If I could have a couple of sets to make a bunch of different cuts

Yep; thought you might be in that same dilemma.

Id say just go ahead and cut the bumper to match the flare cause youre gonna be getting to a point where the flare will start looking goofy so wide at the rear

Edit: as long as future plans will allow you to make that sacrafice!

Yeah I really don't like the idea of it being really wide in the rear, if the face of the flare wasn't soo noticeable I think it would be okay but that just makes it even worse having no face throughout most of the flare and just at the rear

I might try to PS some ideas

Because sometimes I like being petty...

I was going through old photos and meant to post this a while back cause I thought it was kinda funny. Wired by goosegear, but uses a pelfreybilt battery cage/fuse panel, and best of all an spod. Went through the comments and read it cost 6 hours of labor to install the cage/battery, fuseblock/mount, added 2 usb chargers in cab, said it would have been 7-8 hours if spod wasn't currently installed. Hourly rate is 110, I mean who in the actual fuck pays that much for that service. Is it really branding #wiredbygooosegear if you use everyone elses product that actually make the install what it is.

I see it no different if I bought their storage systems and installed it on a customers rig, maybe change or add one little thing and slap my sticker on it saying #storagesystemsbyfuckboicustoms
