I am happy so far, Once I spend some time with it and get the additional panels cut it will be a lot better. Hopefully everything will be nice and organized all said and done, just not looking forward to doing all the electric work

I start off good, and then its a whole lot of fuck it to make sure everything turns on and I call it a day. I may actually take my time on this one, make one of those fancy panels where everything is all nicely cut out

Yup, it could weight less but only if you dont want the canopy removable. Thats the price to pay when it comes to having a lift off canopy because you are stacking addition layers because both need to have their own structure vs just one

    Deal haha

I love those things but they are pricey and I crimping them kinda sucks without the proper tool, but thats probably the cleanest plug imo

Is there a reason you put all of that extra weight (fridge, toolbox, gas cans) on the driver side and not passenger side to battle the taco lean?

With adjustable coil overs this is an easily negated issue, at least for me. Plus take into consideration that he hasn’t shown us the load out on the other side.

Plus in my mind tools and beer are the most important parts of a trip. So I’d want the Fridge and toolbox closest to the driver door for quick access:D

It will be the least amount of weight once it’s done, you are looking at the tool box as if it will be stocked full of tools but actually it’s only meant for storage that’s strickly meant for items that need to be kept close to the fridge. The fridge should always be drive side imo, I only had it on passenger side in the cab because the passenger side doesn’t interfere with my seat and it has the large side so I can keep the seat behind the driver

    Yup

Hahaha yes beer in the path of least resistance. Driver passenger door is where I keep tools that are needed quickly or often. But the bulk of tools and spare parts will be kept passenger side in the drawers I am making
